Beth & Rach have a passion for nature, yoga, mountains, waterfalls, laughter, fun and feeling really bloody good.

They are both terribly wild women, hence the name: Wild Human Retreats #DoesWhatItSaysOnTheTin

We will welcome you, check in with how you are doing and settle for the night before the big adventure starts on Saturday. We will offer a grounding breathwork and meditation practice for those who are there by 9pm on Friday. The hotel serves food, so you’ll be able to order whatever you like once you arrive: flexible, stress free and easy #NoStressInnit

11am Drive to Thirlmere Infinity Pool – 7 Levels of Waterfalls
12 noon Hike
1pm Waterfall Play Time / Meditation / Explore
2.30pm Closing and Lunch

•Dinner Friday Night as we are all arriving from all over the UK, meaning lots of us will arrive at around 9/10pm. There is a restaurant on site should you wish to eat at the hotel.
