Connecting people through community, movement and dance.

Inspired by various freestyle movement and partner dance practices, Moving Connections is a chance to move and be moved, to relax into our bodies and to explore connections through simple exercises that support us to meet and connect without words, in a light and embodied way.

Everyone is welcome! There’s no skills or experience needed, just an open mind, a little curiosity and the willingness to have a go.

Our Part 2 Solstice edition welcomes those who have some experience of working with consent and boundaries, intimacy and movement. We would ask that you have either been to one of our Moving with Intimacy events in the past, or a similar kind of event that has a focus on exploring intimacy with consent. In any case, the structure of the weekend will guide us through a journey that supports us in practicing to identify and work within our own and other’s boundaries and to follow our heart’s desires whilst respecting and honouring our truths so that we each can be at choice and take the time and space we need to be gentle with ourselves and each other.
