Example Itinerary – Mindful Malta
Day 1: Arrival & Grounding
11 am onwards: Arrival and check-in with welcome drinks. Explore the retreat house, gardens, and facilities.
Evening: Gentle sunset yoga session in the garden followed by a welcome dinner with nourishing, locally inspired dishes.
Night: Opening circle and sound bath under the stars.
Day 2: Movement & Exploration
Morning: Sunrise hike by the Maltese coastline
Breakfast: Fresh, nourishing breakfast.
Late Morning: Relaxation in the villa – free time
