On the south coast of beautiful Sri Lanka, join Aristea and Guillermo at Talalla Retreat for 7 days of Yoga, Handbalance, Mobility, Meditation & Breathwork. Find yourself amongst the palm
trees on a peaceful and secluded beachfront. With panoramic views of the clear blue Indian Ocean, natural sea breeze, and idyllic sunsets, you will be transported to an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
3 x classes per day:

Every day Aristea and Guillermo will lead three classes where you
will experience Yoga with breathwork and meditation, mobility and
handstands; all set within a tranquil, beautiful setting.
With ample free time you can also explore the Talalla Retreats surroundings: take a leisurely beach walk, visit the local fishing village to immerse yourself in Sri Lankan culture. You can also stay onsite at the Ayurvedic spa for you to pamper and indulge
yourself, take a dip in the swimming pool or explore the brand new bath house.
